VICTORIA — British Columbia provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says this is the most challenging time so far in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and everyone is feeling the strain. She’s asked British Columbia resident to make safety measures their top priority as more than 1,900 people tested positive for COVID-19 over the last three days.
