Crown asks for $50,000 fine for former Harper adviser

At a sentencing hearing for Bruce Carson on Tuesday, the Crown asked a judge to fine the former Stephen Harper adviser $50,000 for illegal lobbying. Carson was found guilty in September of three counts under the Lobbying Act.
