Manitoba to push ahead with court fight over carbon tax
Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister says he will continue a Federal Court battle against the federal government's carbon tax. Saskatchewan lost its battle in the Supreme Court of Canada, but Pallister says Manitoba’s case has a better chance because they are willing to impose a tax, albeit at a lower rate.
