NYC's Crackdown on Big Sodas Goes Flat

An appeals court ruled Tuesday that New York City's Board of Health acted unconstitutionally when it tried to limit the size on soft drinks served in restaurants. Mayor Michael Bloomberg said the city plans to appeal the decision.
