Quebec Health Minister Christian Dube and Federal Health Minister Patty Hajdu held a press conference at the at Maimonides long-term care centre in Montreal, where the first vaccination in the city was conducted earlier today. Gloria Lallouz, 78 got the first shot around 12:40 pm eastern time.
