Health Canada has approved an end to the ban on blood donations for men who have sex with men. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the ban should have been lifted years ago but this is a good day for Canadians, while Liberal MP Rob Oliphant said this is a step on the long march of human rights and ending stigma.
