Conservative members of Parliament met behind closed doors on Tuesday ahead of the return of the House of Commons even as uncertainty clouded exactly how the session will actually kick off. While the Liberal government wants a hybrid model in which MPs can attend virtually or in person, the Tories have raised concerns about how virtual votes will be conducted.
