Prime Minister Mark Carney and Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew met for 45 minutes on a variety of topics, including plans to expand the Port of Churchill on Hudson Bay. The project is one of several nation-building initiatives touted by both governments, and Carney told reporters there remains a lot of work to do on it. (Nov. 16, 2025)
