Foreign Affairs Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne along with families of victims of the January Ukraine plane crash, hold a vigil on Parliament Hill. Canada is working with other countries that lost citizens to push Iran to be more forthcoming in the investigation on why the plane was shot down by the Iranian military.
