Despite a drop in the overall number of new COVID-19 cases, Quebec Premier Francois Legault said he's worried about the virus spreading outside of Montreal and Quebec City. Quebecers will have to live with some restrictions, including the wearing of masks, for months, Premier Francois Legault said Tuesday.
