Parks Canada returns Chief Poundmaker's staff to family

Parks Canada has returned a staff belonging to Chief Poundmaker back to his family. Paulina Poundmaker, who also goes by the name Brown Bear Woman says the repatriation will help put her great-great-grandfather's soul to rest.
