A new poll by Leger suggests that a strong majority of Canadians are opposed to U.S. president-elect Donald Trump's suggestion he could make Canada the 51st state. Andrew Enns, Leger's executive vice-president of central Canada, said even with a small amount of support for the idea among adults, federal politicians still have to watch their words carefully on this hot topic.
