A Russian airstrike on the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia has left at least 13 civilians dead and injured about 30 others. Minutes before Wednesday's attack, the regional governor had warned of a threat of high-speed missiles and glide bombs being fired at the Zaporizhzhia region.
