A blackout hit nearly all of Puerto Rico on Wednesday as the U.S. territory prepared to celebrate Holy Week, and hotels were almost at capacity. More than one million customers were in the dark out of a total of 1.4 million clients, according to Luma Energy, which oversees the transmission and distribution of power.
