Canada's border is strong and getting stronger, public safety minister says

Public Safety Minister David McGuinty responded after the incoming U.S. commerce secretary said tariffs are coming as a pressure tactic to get Canada to stop illegal drugs from crossing into the United States. McGuinty says less than one per cent of the fentanyl seized by U.S. border agents originates in Canada, and that tackling the fentanyl crisis requires co-operation from both countries.
