Kaja Kallas, the European Union's foreign policy chief, says Canadians must realize that Russia is an Arctic neighbour that could attempt to grab resources in Canada's far north. She says more defence spending is needed on both sides of the Atlantic, to prevent Russia from testing allies' resolve. (March 14, 2025)
