Following a parliament vote to impeach President Yoon Suk Yeol, South Korea's opposition leader urged the Constitutional Court to rule swiftly on a bid to remove him from office. But Korea Univeristy Law Professor Chang Young-soo says there is only a "50-50 chance" of Yoon being removed.
