Ontario, Quebec residents dig out after major weekend snowfall

A winter storm that blanketed much of Ontario and Quebec has left residents to dig out from under a huge pile of snow. Toronto residents near the city's waterfront were navigating snow banks and enjoying a local ice rink. City of Montreal spokesman Philippe Sabourin calls the snowfall "exceptional." (Feb. 17, 2025)
