A fatality inquiry wrapped up Thursday into the 2015 shooting of RCMP Const. David Wynn at a casino in St. Albert, Alta.. Widow Shelly Wynn says she hopes what happened will lead to positive changes within the system. She is planning to start a foundation under David Wynn's name to help children who need support.
