After co-hosting a UN conference on helping poorer countries staggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says a global recovery will need international co-operation. A belief in global institutions happens to be one of the reasons why Canada should be on the United Nations Security Council, he added.
