Dr. Theresa Tam says cooler weather and autumn celebrations, starting with Labour Day weekend, will mean new COVID-19 risks. She says if everyone follows well-known advice about wearing masks, staying distant and not spending time indoors with lots of other people we can keep the pandemic at a manageable level.
