B.C. lays out fall, winter pandemic plan
B.C. Premier John Horgan announced $1.6 billion in a fall and winter preparedness plan, including millions in funding for COVID-19 contact tracing, influenza vaccines and other health-care support. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says the funding, along with measures like the flu vaccine, will help combat the rising number of COVID-19 cases.
