Opponents to a natural gas pipeline, led by the Wet’suwet’en hereditary clan chiefs, held a rally Friday in Smithers, B.C. The B.C. Supreme Court has granted an injunction to Coastal GasLink against opponents who have built camps and felled trees along the road toward the company’s work site.
