B.C. outlines tax breaks, where millions more will go to boost a pandemic economy

The B.C. government has released a plan to rebuild the provincial economy damaged by the pandemic. Premier John Horgan outlined $660 million tax incentives and how his government will spend $1.5 billion from Ottawa. The premier also wasn't denying an election was coming.
