Newsroom Ready: Feds commit $305M for additional Indigenous COVID-19 response

The federal government has announced an additional $305 million to help Indigenous Peoples combat COVID-19. Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller says the money is aimed at helping Indigenous communities with ongoing emergency preparedness to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but it can also be used for things like addressing food insecurity.
