Canadian military working on raising wreckage of crashed helicopter, Sajjan says

The investigation of the crash of a helicopter deployed aboard HMCS Fredericton last week is complicated by the fact the crash was in deep water and much of the wreckage hasn't been retrieved, Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan says. But multiple investigation efforts are underway.
