The world held commemorations of the 75th anniversary of the surrender of Nazi Germany to Allied forces in a low-key fashion this year due to COVID-19 restrictions. At a ceremony in Toronto, Ontario Premier Doug Ford says Canada played a pivotal role in helping to secure that victory.
