Premier Francois Legault has been setting the stage for a reveal of his relaunch plan for the province expected next week. Quebec says the key to the reopening plan — set to play out over many weeks — will be done gradually. Older Quebecers will still be required to be extra vigilant as the majority of deaths in the province have been among those 60 and older.
