Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé says the province will begin administering third doses of COVID-19 vaccines to people who live in long-term care facilities and seniors residences. Dubé says the measure is intended to protect residents amid waning immunity and a rise in outbreaks in congregate care facilities.
