Alberta premier facing COVID-19, political crisis
Alberta Premier Jason Kenney fought Tuesday to contain a rapidly expanding COVID-19 crisis that has overrun hospitals and ignited a party revolt against his leadership. Kenney replaced Tyler Shandro as health minister with Labour Minister Jason Copping in a cabinet shuffle and gave Shandro Copping’s job. Kenney says Shandro resigned as health minister.
