Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says starting this week, Alberta will begin a three-stage plan that could see almost all health restrictions lifted by early July. The plan is based on Albertans continuing to get vaccinated and COVID hospitalization numbers continuing to fall. The Opposition NDP says Kenney is rushing the return plan to bask in the glow of a positive post-COVID summer to boost his sagging poll numbers and quell a restless caucus.
