Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says the COVID vaccine lottery is officially open. There will be three prizes of $1 million each awarded over the summer to reward those who get the jab. The first is slated for late June or early July when Alberta reaches 70 per cent of those eligible getting their first dose and almost all health restrictions lift.
