The Pathways to Shipbuilding program at Nova Scotia Community College is a program that allows groups that have been historically underrepresented in the shipbuilding industry to get experience in the sector. Tyrell Young and Macey Rolfe are two graduates of the program and welded the coin to the keel of the future HMCS William Hall.
