Newsroom Ready: B.C. Attorney General promises Supreme Court appeal in pipeline fight
B.C. Attorney General David Eby says the province will appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada after a lower court ruled that its proposed law restricting Alberta oil shipments was unconstitutional.
