With U.S. Vice-President Mike Pence in Ottawa, the Conservatives say the Liberal government capitulated to the United States on every trade demand in the new NAFTA deal. The Liberals argue the Conservatives wanted the Liberals to cave to the Trump demands early in the negotiations and they would have ended up with a bad deal.
