UNAIDS chief urges PM to reverse foreign aid cut
The head of UNAIDS, Winnie Byanyima, is urging Prime Minister Mark Carney to reverse his planned cuts to foreign aid and global health, telling The Canadian Press in Johannesburg that inequality is rising globally, and it's creating a more dangerous world.
