Stocks are rising on Wall Street, even as President Donald Trump’s latest tariffs kicked in on dozens of countries. The S&P 500 added 0.5% Thursday and is just below its record. The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 254 points, and Nasdaq gained 0.8%.
