Canada has made 'heartbreaking' choices on Ukraine: Trudeau

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada has had to make "heartbreaking" decisions in response to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's request for a NATO-enforced no-fly zone over his country. NATO allies have rejected the plea due to fears of sparking a World War-scale conflict, and Trudeau adds that closing the skies may not be that helpful as Russia has moved away from dropping bombs from planes overhead to launching cruise missiles from a distance.
