Kuleba’s resignation request will be discussed by lawmakers at the next plenary meeting, speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk said on his Facebook page. It comes a day after two ballistic missiles blasted a military academy and nearby hospital in Poltava in Ukraine, killing more than 50 people.
