Rafael Grossi, the head of the U.N.’s atomic watchdog agency, met Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in Tokyo on Thursday and spoke to journalists about global issues, including Russia's war in Ukraine and his recent meeting with President Putin in Sochi.
