Spy watchdog report on meddling sparks concerns about MPs
A bluntly worded spy watchdog report has prompted concern that MPs allegedly engaged in foreign meddling might still be active in politics, and Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre called Wednesday for the Liberal government to release their names. Earlier this week, the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians said that some MPs wittingly assisted the efforts of foreign states to interfere in Canadian politics.
