During a visit to Vietnam, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that supplying weapons to Ukraine would be "a very big mistake" on South Korea's part. South Korea said on Thursday that it would consider sending arms to Ukraine, a major policy change that was suggested after Russia and North Korea signed a pact to come to each other’s defense in the event of war.
