Newsroom Ready: B.C. includes seniors in its 10-year poverty reduction plan
British Columbia is setting new 10-year poverty reduction targets, with an aim to cut the poverty rate by 60 per cent. Sheila Malcolmson, B.C.’s poverty reduction minister, introduced legislation to set the new targets. (March 5, 2024)
