Fort Smith, N.W.T., businesswoman Darlene Sibbeston says Northerners jump onto small charter planes like people in the South would into taxies or buses. Sibbeston, who was on a plane that went down in 2021, says the deadly crash earlier this week just outside her community is hitting hard. (Jan. 26, 2024)
