Scheer continues to warn against Liberal/NDP coalition
Andrew Scheer continues to warn against the possibility of a coalition government between the Liberals and the NDP and says he's optimistic of winning a Conservative majority on Oct. 21. Scheer's comments came as opinion polls continue to suggest Monday's vote will result in a minority Liberal or Conservative government. While convention says the current prime minister gets first crack at forming a government after an election, Scheer is insisting that task should fall to the party that wins the most seats.
